Trifecta Annex sells croissants and breads from our sister bakery at Trifecta Tavern on SE 6th Ave, daily toasts, pizza by the slice, and whole pizza pies.
Owner, baker and James Beard Award-winner Ken Forkish offers a new lineup of croissants: ancient grains, raspberry, double-chocolate croissants, morning buns, and others. Toast from Forkish’s lauded levain breads is served with Trifecta’s butter and jam, honey, and seasonal fixings.
The pizzas at Trifecta Annex are 18” round pies, available by the slice or as whole pies, to stay or to go, in a style that marries New York and Italian pizza styles.
